Notes: Presentation of the check. In total, enough was donated to support 11 students all year in the backpack program.

4. NDU Instructional Conference
Notes: 2 conferences. One will be here. Free for members, non-members will cost $50

5. Proposed 2015-2017 Negotiated Agreement explanation and vote
Notes: Darrel Lund presented the new negotiated agreement. The agreement was put to a vote and ballots were turned in.
6. Membership materials/update
Notes: Please turn in all memberships to Karen Kraft.

Notes:
· Deb Beeler was approached by a past member that was inquiring about donating to a new scholarship fund. They want the fund in the name of a family member of a teacher that has passed away.
· Advocate- Jolene B.- there will be a one page monthly newsletter sent out. The newsletter information will also be posted to social media.
· Encore teachers teach 5 classes in a day and other content teachers teach 4 classes
