1. Calendar of Meetings – set for the year
*Do we need to schedule more than an hour for our Exec Board Meetings?
2. WFEA/NDU New Business Item at the NEA RA
3. Update on Negotiations and setting of a meeting dates/times/locations for voting on the tentative agreement (which will hopefully be reached on Wednesday)
a. Hopefully we’ll have a tentative agreement tomorrow (9/2). 9.5% possible increase over two years. After that we’ll set up meetings to explain to members. Two meetings set at different locations.
4. Collaborative Bargaining Meals – update on cost/Lisa will get spreadsheet from Alicia Severson
5. West Fest Parade – 9/19/15 do we want to do this?- PR Committee-
a. Who to march? Contact Deb Egge (counselor @ Community High), NHS?
b. Volunteers- Karen, Stacy (Maybe), Kjiesta,
6. Portfolios – discuss how this will look (see attachment for Portfolios)
7. Agenda items for Exec Meetings and RA’s
8. Karen made a motion to purchase a $25.00 gift card for ESP conference. Seconded by Lisa- motion carried.
